Our extended warranty service for projector screens is designed to provide you with extra peace of mind. Once installed, the projector screen is unlikely to encounter any issues. We confidently guarantee that, except for acts of God such as earthquakes, fires, house collapses, etc., which are not covered under this extended warranty.

During the extended warranty period, if the screen fabric becomes damaged, we promise to replace the screen fabric once free of charge to ensure you always enjoy the best viewing experience. Please note that this warranty does not include the replacement or repair of the frame structure, nor does it cover reinstallation costs. If you need our team to handle the installation, please purchase the installation service. Whenever an issue arises, our professional team will respond promptly and provide the highest quality service to ensure your projection experience remains consistent.
