Installation Disclaimer
The installation fee includes a $80 call-out fee and a $119 installation fee. Once the service has been dispatched, the customer agrees to pay this amount.
Additional Scenarios
- Customer No-Show: If the customer does not arrive at the scheduled location within 30 minutes of the agreed time, ProView reserves the right to charge the full installation fee.
- Incomplete Preparations: If the customer has not adequately prepared the installation site (e.g., furniture not moved), causing a delay of more than 30 minutes, the full fee will be charged.
- Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect address, resulting in a delay of more than 30 minutes, ProView reserves the right to charge the full fee.
- Cancellation: If the customer cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the full fee will be charged.
- Unexpected Delays by Customer: If the customer causes an unforeseen delay of more than 30 minutes (e.g., needing to leave temporarily), the full fee will be charged.
- Access Denied: If the installation team is denied access to the site upon arrival, causing a delay of more than 30 minutes, the full fee will be charged.
- Rescheduling: If the customer requests a reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, a rescheduling fee may apply.
- Safety Hazards: If the installation team identifies safety hazards at the site that prevent work from starting within 30 minutes, the full fee will be charged.
- Unsuitable Installation Environment: If the installation environment is deemed unsuitable (e.g., extreme weather, unsafe conditions), and the customer cannot remedy the situation within 30 minutes, the full fee will be charged.
- Unavailable Equipment: If the necessary equipment or materials provided by the customer are unavailable or insufficient, causing a delay of more than 30 minutes, the full fee will be charged.
By agreeing to the service, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
